These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Travilo mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Travilo (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using Travilo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use Travilo. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account using your email or a supported third-party login provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated at all times.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must not:
Upload forged, fraudulent, or misleading receipts or documents
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm others
Travilo may access your device’s location in real-time to calculate travel distance for mileage reimbursements. This location access is optional and used only when you enable Personal Vehicle Travel mode.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have misused the Service or violated these Terms.
Personal Mode: Free to use and intended for individuals managing their personal travel and expense workflows.
Organization Mode (Org Mode): A paid subscription service for companies, with features like policy enforcement, reporting, and team access control.
Organizations are responsible for managing their users, defining internal policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdictions.
All content, design, software, algorithms, and branding associated with Travilo are the intellectual property of Travilo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without our express written consent.
For organizations, subscriptions are billed monthly per user unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is listed on our website and may vary by region or currency.
International users may be subject to currency conversion charges, VAT/GST, or other applicable local taxes. Travilo is not responsible for additional fees imposed by your bank, payment gateway, or currency processor.
Failure to make timely payments may result in limited functionality, suspension, or termination of service.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
Travilo may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your data may be deleted unless required to be retained by law or under a separate agreement (e.g., with an employer in Org Mode).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Travilo makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, uptime, or completeness of the Service. We strive to maintain a high-quality experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
If you are a resident of another country, your local laws may provide you with additional rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may be entitled to under the laws of your country.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service, including those related to tax, travel, and employment.
Travilo is not responsible for your compliance with local reimbursement policies, travel regulations, or reporting obligations.
Travilo is available in multiple countries and jurisdictions. However, specific features, integrations, and services (such as local tax handling, travel booking APIs, or currency support) may vary by location or be unavailable in certain regions.
By using Travilo internationally, you acknowledge that some features may be limited and accept such limitations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through email, app notifications, or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
